As required by applicable privacy regulations, you can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data. This includes your profile, content, media assets, Link-in-Bio pages, and any other personal information we have collected.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Texofy ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
Texofy is a social media management platform that provides tools for content creation, scheduling, publishing, analytics, ad management, media asset management, image editing, and Link-in-Bio page hosting. The Service includes features that allow you to create, store, and publish content across multiple social media platforms, as well as host publicly accessible pages on the texofy.com domain.
3. Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account, including activity by any individuals you grant access
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. User Content
Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you upload, create, or publish using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant Texofy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
Your Representations
By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and authorize Texofy to use your content
- Your content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
- Your content complies with these Terms, all applicable laws, and the content guidelines of any social platforms to which you publish
Third-Party Images and Media
The Service includes tools that allow you to capture, reference, and publish images and other media from third-party websites, including but not limited to the Texofy browser extension and content creation features. When you select, reference, or publish third-party images or media through the Service:
- You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use, reproduce, and distribute any images or media you select from third-party sources, whether through the browser extension, media upload, or any other feature of the Service
- You represent that your use of third-party images and media complies with applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws, including but not limited to fair use provisions
- Texofy does not verify, endorse, or assume any liability for the copyright status of third-party images or media that you select or publish through the Service
- If you are unsure whether you have the right to use an image, you should obtain permission from the copyright holder or use royalty-free / Creative Commons licensed content instead
Texofy reserves the right to remove any content that is reported as infringing on the intellectual property rights of others, in accordance with applicable law and our content moderation policies.
Our Service
Texofy and all related technology, software, designs, and intellectual property are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our Service without our written permission.
5. Publicly Hosted Content (Link-in-Bio Pages)
The Service allows you to create publicly accessible Link-in-Bio pages hosted on the texofy.com domain. By creating a Link-in-Bio page, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content, links, and information displayed on your Link-in-Bio page, including any third-party websites you link to
- Quality Standards: Pages must meet our quality standards before activation. Pages that are incomplete, contain thin content, or fail our quality review will not be published until the issues are resolved
- Domain Ownership: All Link-in-Bio page URLs and subpaths (e.g., texofy.com/l/your-page) are owned by Texofy. You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to use your assigned URL while your account is active and in good standing
- Content Moderation: We reserve the right to review, screen, remove, edit, or deactivate any Link-in-Bio page at our sole discretion, including pages that violate these Terms or that we deem objectionable
- Reporting: Visitors may report Link-in-Bio pages they believe violate these Terms. Pages that receive multiple reports may be automatically deactivated pending review
- No Guarantee of Availability: We do not guarantee continuous availability of your Link-in-Bio page and may remove or modify the feature at any time
6. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, publish, transmit, or link to content that:
- Is illegal or promotes illegal activity
- Contains hate speech or content that demeans, threatens, or promotes harassment based on race, gender, gender identity, national origin, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic
- Depicts or promotes violence, terrorism, extremism, or self-harm
- Contains sexually explicit or pornographic material
- Exploits or endangers minors in any way — Texofy strictly prohibits child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and will immediately suspend accounts and report violations to relevant authorities
- Is false, misleading, or deceptive, including misinformation presented as fact
- Constitutes phishing, fraud, impersonation, or social engineering
- Contains spam, unsolicited advertising, or repetitive content designed to manipulate platform algorithms
- Promotes gambling, unauthorized pharmaceutical products, or illegal substances
- Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Violates the privacy or data protection rights of any person
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Uses automated tools to abuse, scrape, or place unreasonable load on our infrastructure
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, content removal, and where required, reporting to law enforcement.
7. Content Moderation
Texofy reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor, review, screen, remove, edit, or block any User Content at our sole discretion, without prior notice. This includes content published through the Service to social media platforms, content stored in the media library, and content displayed on Link-in-Bio pages.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that host, support, condone, or are associated with prohibited content. We may also disclose User Content to law enforcement when we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect the safety of any person.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.
Data Deletion Rights
You have the absolute right to delete your account and all personal data. This includes:
- Your user profile and account information
- All content you have created or uploaded
- Media assets and Link-in-Bio pages
- OAuth connections and integrations

9. Subscription and Payment
- Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period after cancellation
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
- AI credit purchases are non-refundable and expire according to the terms displayed at the time of purchase
10. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain high availability, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time with reasonable notice.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Texofy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of the Service
- Your User Content, including content published on Link-in-Bio pages
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of a third party
- Any dispute between you and a third party related to the Service
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Texofy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Texofy in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US$100.
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
13. Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time through the account deletion feature in your settings. Upon termination, all your data will be permanently deleted as described in our Privacy Policy, including any publicly hosted Link-in-Bio pages.
By Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if we determine in our sole discretion that your use of the Service poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
California Consumer Notice
Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California residents are entitled to the following consumer rights notice: the provider of this Service is Texofy. If you have a question or complaint regarding the Service, please contact us using the information below. 15. Service Scope Limitations
By using this Service, you acknowledge that Texofy is not designed for and should not be used for HIPAA-regulated healthcare data (PHI), attorney-client privileged materials, or applications in regulated industries (such as financial services or government contracts) with specialized compliance requirements. Use of the Service for such purposes may result in account termination.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
